Air canon
What challenge/goal/question will drive your work? What are you creating/making/producing?
Challenge Starters & Examples my goal is to make an air canon that shoots a t-shirt or cloth. The Air Canon will fire them cloth by air pressure being released.
What do you expect to learn? / Why are you making this?
How will you be challenged?
How will this stretch you? (Look at the Thinkering Studio Rubric for some ideas.) I will learn how to use pressure to do stuff. This will challenge and stretch me because I don't do this normal and this is kind of hard.
PVC pipe,pvc cement, schadler bike pump,pvc valve
Main Steps:
  • I will purchase the material's.
  • I will make and plan a small prototype to test the principal.
  • If the prototype dose work I will make a bigger one and see if it works
  • If that works I will plan the final product. and start making it.
  • I will make different things to shoot out that might make the shirt go farther.
